Putt and Play has a maximum of 8 guests.
PARKING: Roundabout Driveway for easy in/out. Room for 4 vehicles.
ACCESS: The front door has an electronic lock. You will be provided the door code the day before arrival.
GETTING THERE: The road is paved all the way from the main road to the cabin. Although snow here is rare, in the winter 4WD or AWD may be necessary
OUTDOOR GRILLE: A large park style grille is provided for your use. Bring your own charcoal. Please make sure to put ash inside the provided ash can.
TRASH: If you need to remove trash from the cabin make sure to put it inside the cans in the bear-proof container and secure the container (next to the driveway).
CRITTERS: There are critters AND bears in the area. If you encounter a bear do not feed it or try to approach them.
CHECK IN/OUT: We do not typically offer late check out or early check in. If by chance we can accommodate, we will. However, late check outs without permission accrue a $50 charge every 30 min.
Check in: After 4:00pm / Check out: 10am
Soaps, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, charcoal are NOT provided. Coffee is not provided except for a starter pack.
We provide a starter pack consisting of 4 dishwasher tablets, 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, small container of laundry detergent, sponge and small container of dish detergent, 2 bathroom trash bags per BR, 2-3 kitchen trash bags, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 outdoor trash bags in trash cans outside.
The fireplace is shut down from April 1-November 1.
Other Things To Note
There is a security camera located on the front porch and is turned on at all times.
This is a NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING cabin. If you smoke/vape inside the cabin you will be charged $250, plus the increase in cleaning fee, plus any damages.
The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. No children under the age of 18 permitted at anytime without adult supervision. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed in the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or if you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!
Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind (including emotional support pets) you will be charged an additional $250 and you will be asked to leave.
Maximum Permitted Occupancy is 8. Exceeding the maximum permitted occupancy will result in a fine by both local authorities and a $250 fine by the host. You will also be asked to leave.
Absolutely NO fires! The HOA does not authorize outdoor fires except for the provided Charcoal BBQ Grille. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $150, plus damages.
No sidewalk chalk allowed. The use of sidewalk chalk on the driveway or anywhere else on the property will result in a $150 excess cleaning fee plus the cost of any repairs.
Cell Phone Signal: There is high speed internet to connect to.
We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.
Do NOT lean or hang on the railings.
Owner/Host is NOT responsible for accidents or injuries.

Guest Access:
Entire Cabin, Putt Putt, Outdoor BBQ, and picnic area. Guests have access to entire cabin, mini golf, front and back yards, enclosed patio , hot tub, and entire area of the cabin....inside and out.
